CHICAGO (AP) — Two private companies bidding to run the Illinois Lottery promise to increase sales by focusing on new players and new games. Northstar Lottery Group and Camelot Illinois gave public presentations Wednesday on their proposals for managing the state’s $2 billion-a-year games.
