    Grain elevator in Jasper cited for air quality violations
    The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and CHS Inc. have reached an agreement that resolves alleged violations of air quality rules at Eastern Farmers Cooperative grain elevator in Jasper, Minn.
